Services & Pricing · Owners, Buyers, Referring Professionals

Every piece of the deal, priced up front.

Most of what we build inside a full engagement is also available on its own: the recast, the book, the data room, the lender package, the review of a deal on your desk. Flat fees where the scope is standard, a written quote within one business day where it is not, and the same two senior advisors on every file.

● Confidential. No public listing. Never on both sides of a deal.
How It Works

Send what you have. We tell you what it will cost.

Day 1

Send the files

Three years of tax returns and P&Ls, the current year to date, and whatever else you already have. A secure upload link comes with our reply. Nothing is shared with anyone.

Within 1 business day

Scope and price, in writing

A senior advisor reads the files and sends back the scope, the price and the delivery date. If the records need work first, you hear that too, with what it would take.

3
Draft

Your review

You get a draft for comment, then a revision. Every number traces to a source document, because that is the first thing a lender’s analyst checks.

4
Delivery

Final files, yours to keep

The PDF and the editable files. When a buyer or lender later asks a question about the document, the advisor who wrote it answers it.

Questions About the Menu

Before you ask for a quote.

Do I need a Confidential Business Review or a full CIM?
Mostly a question of who will read it. A business likely to sell under about $1 million to an individual buyer with an SBA loan needs a clear, well-documented review of 10 to 20 pages. A business that will draw private equity, strategic buyers or a search fund needs the longer memorandum with full financial exhibits. If you are not sure, send the numbers and we will tell you which one, and why.
My books are not clean. Can you still do the recast?
Usually, and that is often the point. We work from tax returns, bank statements and the general ledger, document every add-back with its source, and tell you which ones a lender will accept and which ones will not. If the records cannot support a recast at all, you hear that before you pay for one.
Who actually writes the documents?
One of the firm’s two senior advisors, Alejandra B. Barrera or Alfonso E. Moncada, the same people who negotiate with buyers and lenders every week. There is no junior analyst layer and nothing is outsourced.
Is a recast or a CIM the same as a valuation or a Quality of Earnings report?
No. A recast and a book present the business and its normalized earnings from your records. A certified appraisal is a formal opinion of value, and a Quality of Earnings report tests the earnings against source documents for a lender. Both come from Kerdai, the group’s independent QofE and appraisal firm, and never on a business we represent.
Can my CPA, attorney or broker order on my behalf?
Yes. Many of these documents are ordered by the professional already working with the owner. They stay the point of contact, see the draft first and receive the editable files.
