Three questions owners ask first

Will anyone find out my business is for sale?
No. Nothing here is a listing. Your answers are seen only by the two senior advisors, and if you ever decide to sell, every buyer signs a confidentiality agreement before your company is identified.
What is in the Broker’s Opinion of Value, and what does it cost?
It is complimentary. After the call, a senior advisor sends a written opinion of what your business would likely command from qualified buyers today, the earnings a buyer and a lender would count, and the specific factors that would move the number. It is not a certified appraisal; if you need one for legal, tax or lending purposes, we will say so.
I am not ready to sell. Is this still for me?
Yes. Most of the owners we work with are one to three years away. Knowing the range now, and what moves it, is how you sell from strength later instead of urgency.
